Blow of heart: a moving chair inspired by Marilyn Monroe by Alexander White

The Monroe chair was inspired by Marilyn’s famous raised skirt in the “The Seven Year” scene in 1955.
Through his representation of the movement, the designer Alexander White created it in MDF, whose pieces were placed on an axis with slight offsets.

Thus, with this juxtaposition of repeated pieces, the Monroe chair is original, airy and comfortable.

Beautiful work of contemporary design!
