Octave is the result of the creation of a young cabinetmaker Guilhem Huynh from École Boulle. This chair is a game of balance and perspective that presents a spiral trompe l’oeil.
The idea is to dream and create a shelter while being enveloped by the rings of a tree. In birch plywood, the “rings” accentuate even more the spiral effect. Heart stroke !
